Phoenix, AZ pop enthusiasts Miniature Tigers played four songs – two old, two brand-spankin’ new – in the studio a few days ago. Their first album, “Tell It To The Volcano”, was a hell of a lot of fun, but I enjoy the direction they are taking their new material (especially with Lolita). All tracks are acoustic. We also discussed what it means to be “indie” these days, and what horrible movies M. Night Shyamalan has made. All content for your downloadable consumption below!

I met Charlie at a concert earlier this year. He called me Curly Sue. I ducked out of the concert at the end of Kevin Devine's set. Charlie was outside and talked to me. I was curt. I walked away to read under a streetlamp. He thought I wasn't interested.
